I agree about Keith's guitar playing, James. I especially love his take on "Will You Miss Me" and "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem."  Also, I occassionally play "Memories of Mother" similarly to what he played on the 2nd Generation album except I play a crosspick pattern most of the way through. BTW, do you know if he played that out of a D position? Sounds like it to me.
    But man, what a singer he was. I still get chills thinking about him and Ralph singing "Nobody's Love is Like Mine."

By the way, Keith played a 12 string guitar on "Little Boy Called Joe". Maybe that's one reason he sounded so unique. Keith was a great guitar player. He played stuff as a teenager that still sounds great today!
