Does she always go in the opiset direction then once you've shot her,
so if I shoot her on the right, she'll jump to the left? It's tricky to
predict her movements because if you stay still for long enough to
observe her behavour she gets you. Someone gimme an invisability cheat,
pleeease!? :)

comes close, jump over her, get some distance between you, shoot, jump
turn, repeat.
What I've found generally works is shoot, jump, then jump a second
time to get back into range with the bow, shoot her again, then jump.
Be careful of the minighosts she summons if you get too far away from
her.
She's tough the first time around, but if you keep jumping she's not
too bad, and the knack of getting weapon range and jumping away from
enemies is a useful technique all through the game.
