ok thanks
but i discovered something not noticed until now
when i forward an email from another person all i get is a blank email
no body of the text
for example i forwarded one from a friend of mine to my inbox
when i heard jaws say new email i looked and it said from carol
when i opened it to read it all that was there was my name that i use to send emails after i finishes typing the email
there was no text to read
no idea why this is but it only noticed recently today

Hi Yvonne;

You don't need to put anything in the " To " field.  As long you put 1 or
more people in the CC Or Bcc field there doesn't need to be anything in the
" To " field.  The email just needs to have somebody to be sent to in 1 of
the fields.  Take care.
