The Olympus was obtained for me by our state agency for the blind. They made
the purchase through Independant Living Aids, I understand.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the lack of Usb cable, but
this model is no longer available through Ila.
I'll call OLympus, tomorrow, and she what they have to say. I'll keep you
informed.

Most of the Olympus products I know of come with a USB cable.
Did you purchase this second hand?
