At 2:30 this afternoon there were 31 Common Loons on the Ottawa River on the Quebec side off the first picnic site west of Deep River.
Directions: Leave Deep River on highway 17 west and stop at the first picnic site (roughly 10 -15 Km I think). The picnic site is on the north side of the road.
