Hi Everyone
A male Barrow's Goldeneye was present at Remic Rapids, just east of the Champlain Bridge at dusk. It was in a flock of approximately 200+ Common Goldeneyes roosting between Remic Rapids and the bridge. This site has had at least one over wintering male Barrow's for a number of years. Earlier, at Dick Bell Park there was 1 distant juv. Red-throated Loon and a very tame Brant gazing near the first parking lot.
