Just back from Reesor Pond looking for two La Conte's sparrows
reported
by Jim Fairchild this afternoon at the north end - I had to be content
with
a basic plumage Snow bunting foraging among the stones at the creek's
mouth - Reesor Pond lies off Reesor Road just North of the 407 in
Markham
- cheers - Stan Long

I got a call at 4pm. Ran out to see an adult barred owl, confirmed by
Eve Ticknor who was present.
I have some pictures at :

The bus stop is on Albert street, between Kent and Lyon, 2 minutes away
from Parliament hill.
