It ran along the ground from one tangle to the next, making the birding experience similar to finding a vole. Little River is accessible from the end of Little River Road, just east of Riverdale Avenue in Windsor. It ranged from 100-200 meters south of Bloor on the west slope averaging halfway between the children's area and the creek. I found it in ~15 minutes. 2 A Yellow-breasted Chat was singing lustily at the base of the Leslie Spit this morning. It was about 100-200 meters sw of the parking lot. The Summer Tanager was still at Thickson Woods yesterday. It favoured the area just north of the sightings box high in the deciduous trees.
