A single female was observed on the afternoon of 2004-04-09, for 2 hours at Humber Bay Park (East), and was still present at sunset.
Humber Bay Park is along Lake Ontario, near the south-east corner of Etobicoke. QEW EB, take the Parklawn exit. QEW WB: take the Lakeshore exit. http://www.city.toronto.on.ca/parks/parks_gardens/humberbay2.htm Proceed south (towards the lake) from east entrance of the park (Lakeshore and Parklawn). Take the first right, proceed along the pot-holed lane, over a speed bump, and into a parking lot. The bird was observed in and around the _first_ sheltered cove east of the lot.
