Spring!! Fly-past started to-day Bonaparte's Gull 15 Little Gull 1
I suspect a Little Gull over-wintered off the river in Lake Ontario when the lower river was plugged with ice. Now the lower river is icefree as the Gorge is hugely frozen and a marvellous sight-my favourite time of year in the Peninsula.
