For the record the Niagara Fly-past of Bonaparte's Gulls ended this year on January 15 which is about normal for the last 18 years-so what happened to El Nino and all those forecasters? My last sighting of the Black-headed Gull was January 14 together with 1355 Bonaparte's.The river ice is becoming spectaculator and there are still gulls at Adam Beck such as Glaucous and Iceland plus a 2nd winter Bald Eagle at Queenston.
