Today, looking off my balcony on Lakeshore Rd. (beside the Esso station, across from Spencer Smith Park) in downtown Burlington, I watched an adult Bald Eagle fly westward over downtown. It continued westward over the residential neighbourhood to the north of me, until it was out of sight, flying southerly toward the lake. Had good looks, despite not having binoculars. The time was approximately 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
