I had a non birder call me this morning about a couple of birds he saw in south Bruce. Almost crow size, black and white with long tails. Directions are not great as he was following directions from his passenger. However he knows he was north of Fordwich on Bruce County Road ? and turned west towards Lake Huron on Concession 2 ( the road goes east to Clifford) This is the best I can tell you but a pair of Magpies did nest near this area to the west a couple of years ago. If anyone has the chance to check this out please advise.
