Another thumbs-up for Infoblox. We've been using their appliance for a few years now and have been pleased with both the product and the support. We use it as a false root and manage both private and public name/address space with it; several hundred zones, many hundreds of networks world-wide. I like the integrated database and API. If you want an appliance to manage DNS & DHCP that provides a unified view of the two worlds, Infoblox is worth considering.
