I think you're right.

She talks about how we don't obey traffic laws -- which makes us criminal
lowlifes, I guess.  In her famous anti-Platinum speech she made a
reference (which I didn't quite follow -- I have a hard time sitting
through these things) to an incident in which SUV tires were deflated. 
Apparently bikies were to blame (though I'm not aware of evidence to
support that claim), which would make us eco-terrorists -- i.e., criminals
and elitists at the same time.

But the core of her argument against bicycling is that the only people who
ride bikes in this city are perfectly fit with high-performance, expensive
equipment -- which makes us elitists of the worst kind.  In a way, I'm
personally flattered by that claim; if only it were true, I wouldn't mind
being an elitist.
