Well, I think it's safe to say that there are certain words that have a good chance of being misinterpretted and "lying" is perhaps one of them, especially if the reader cannot see the word "I" before and a smiley face afterwards... By this I mean that if it's reached a level where it is preceeded by "you", it is hard to expect anyone to see the entire context clearly anymore.
