In the spirit of not duplicating effort (and not bursting anyone's bubble), I have
already written
a quick setup guide for this. It can be found at

If you follow the instructions and don't encounter problems, you should have a basic
CGI
environment up and running in just a few minutes (excluding download times). However,
a more
extensive guide than mine would probably be a good thing.
