        Might I suggest Apache's web server?  It's lightweight, relatively easy to
configure, very well supported... oh, and did I mention FREE??
        Check out http://httpd.apache.org/ for information on setting up and
configuring Apach for Perl/CGI on Windows.  Good luck!
