an update on my problems. I set up an FTDI to connect to the zero port on the BB blue and was able to see the info. The BB blue is not going into linux. I can talk to it but it's not in linux. Some kind of support mode I guess.
So I bought another BB blue and I have connected using the FTDI and set up the wifi on it and upgraded and it's working. But I still can't get to it from windows 10 throught the USB port. I have not tried that from my Linux computer yet. Thanks for the help.
