an update on my problems.  I set up an FTDI to connect to the zero port on 
the BB blue and was able to see the info.  The BB blue is not going into 
linux.  I can talk to it but it's not in linux.  Some kind of support mode 
I guess.

So I bought another BB blue and I have connected using the FTDI and set up 
the wifi on it and upgraded and it's working.  But I still can't get to it 
from windows 10 throught the USB port.  I have not tried that from my Linux 
computer yet.
