[bareos-users] Re: Changes in notification rules?

I have an idea but it would be nice if someone send me in the right direction:

If i look into the unwanted mails i can see root as mail receiver.
The correct failure mails are addressed to the correct user.

So I checked the changes on the system.


I thinks this alias is the reason for the mails.

My questions (if I'm right):


- how can I avoid this?

since a couple of days we receive, unwanted, messages from our Bareos system. bareos-dir.d/messages/Standard.conf:  Mail On Error = usern...@xxxxxx.com = all, !skipped, !terminate Since the ~pre53.6ffc81313-24.el8 version we receive messages for completed jobs (OK Status) and after I updated today to pre53.6ffc81313-27.el8 I did receive a additional mail for BackupCatalog Job with full infos:
