I have looked more closely, and your restore command is incorrect. You select only the Incremental job to restore, of course the data is in one of the previous job. We can probably improve the error message, or remove the meta-data-only record that is reported as a file. I do not recommend to use the jobid= parameter in the restore command line unless you want to use some advanced scenario. In general it's not a big issue, but here, records depend on a previous job that is not included in your restore. Just use the restore menu 5 or 12, it should work, if not, please open an issue on the bug tracker.
