Hello Lionel,

It is highly recommended that you do not disable "AttributeSpooling"

This can (will) cause your backup jobs to be incredibly slow.

With Attribute Spooling enabled, the SD writes an attributes spool file locally 
during the backup job (about 250 bytes per
file backed up).

At the end of the backup job, the SD sends this file to the Director to be 
"batch inserted" into the catalog database which
is MUCH faster that sending the Director each and every attribute to be 
individually inserted into the catalog database while
the job is running.
