hi,
I've a samba3 domain running, and I've full administrator rights on the windows
7 pc, I can start the UI0Detect without problems, but not the bacula service.
if I run the command "C:\Program Files\Bacula\bacula-fd.exe" /service -c
"C:\Program Files\Bacula\bacula-fd.conf" with a administrator cmd, I don't get
any error, but the in services.msc the service is not running and port 9103 (or
9102) is not open (netstat -an)

Sounds like you have a group policy directive that does not allow interactive
services (ones that can be start / stopped by the user or a user with less than
admin / system rights).

I'm not sure what you mean, in the installation process I can only select
"start as service" and "run after installation"..

You can clear the Allow service to interact with desktop checkbox for
bacula-fd.
