Hi John, Thanks for the great advice, I have managed to lable all the tapes with label barcodes and see the following in the volume list now:

For now I have used one 'Default' pool only. If I am to use a tape per day, will I have to create separate pools (i.e. 5 pools for 5 days of the week doing incremental backups and 1 tape doing full backups)and in that case will I have to label each tape to use the appropriate pool?
