I think this has been tried before by someone else but can you please change your plugin line to: Plugin = "exchange:/@EXCHANGE/Microsoft Information Store/First Storage Group" That isn't a fix, but if it works it should help me figure out where the problem lies. Also, is any of Exchange on disks other than E: and F:? There may be some interaction between VSS and Exchange backup that could be getting upset if all the disks that hold exchange databases aren't included in the VSS set.
