You can use the bconole 'update media' command to fix the Volume Files and
Volume Status in the catalog to match the tapes.  I suggest also using 'delete
jobid' if there are jobs in the catalog that are not on the tape.

It would be useful if you can figure out how/when it happened too (e.g. if you
have a bad tape).
