What does that mean? What do you define as "unusual"? It didn't find
anything "unusual" in my case either, but the problem was fixed nonetheless.

Did you run dbcheck in fix mode? Have you checked to see if the problem
is still there after running dbcheck in fix mode?

What does that mean? I got the impression that this stopped working after
an upgrade, then you tried upgrading again to see if that would fix it.
If this isn't the case, then my question was null. Otherwise, please
repeat the question.

Possibly raise the debug level in the daemons. Maybe run bacula-dir and/or
bacula-sd in the foreground and capture the debugging output?

Please don't rule out the possibility of human error. Bacula is a pretty
complex system. 90% of the problems I've had with it have been my own
lack of understanding, putting the wrong tape in the drive, etc. Double-
check yourself.
