Agreed, too. You might consider buying a used drive. For  example,  a
DDS-3  autoloader  (6  x 12/24 GB) is available at ebay for typically
$ 60...100; DDS-4 autoloaders (6x20/40GB) for  not  much  more.  Yes,
this *is* old technology, but it will serve your needs, and media are
cheap, too.
