Why does autoconf require another program to install? This other
program is not included in the CVS. The error message seems to
indicate that not having the program is not critical (
see the WARNING: message) but the "make install" fails
to run without the help2man program.

Updating man page autoreconf.1
WARNING: `help2man' is needed, and you do not seem to have it handy on
your
system. You might have modified some files without having the
proper tools for further handling them. Check the `README' file,
it often tells you about the needed prerequirements for
installing
this package. You may also peek at any GNU archive site, in case
some other package would contain this missing `help2man' program.
make[1]: *** [autoreconf.1] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/project/build/mod_autoconf/man'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I have nothing against this help2man program but it either needs to
be included in the CVS and built if not found or just not required
during the install step.

How should we fix this problem?
