But, Gayatri, if you compare among females, you wouldn't find younger 
lot of them lacking in any manner from the veterans.

ARR has introduced so many female singers,you can name any female 
singer and find that her first ARR song is great and doesn't give any 
slightest indications that it could be her first song.

Then, why are male singers not comparable to veteran male singers.
