The "not configure" means that no driver attached.  That could be
because the driver for it was present but disabled.  But in this case
it means OpenBSD doesn't have a driver for this hardware.

Given the general lack of interest in armv7 hardware, it is unlikely
we'll have a driver for it anytime soon.  But if somebody is
interested, porting the NetBSD driver would be the way to go.
