I fear the U-Boot that shipped with the 7.0 release is broken.  I
"fixed" -current such that the kernel doesn't panic, but it means
xhci(4) no longer attaches.

I don't think we have a fixed u-boot yet.  So for now it would be best
to put the u-boot from 6.9 onto your SD card.
