Hmm, looks like I was mistaken. The usb3 controller isn't present in the device tree. There are patches to add them to mainline Linux: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9912709/ https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9912699/ but these have not been applied :(. If you're willing to do some tinkering, you could try to build device trees with those patches. You'll need to adapt the second patch for the rock64 though.
