I had some issues occasionally, but not often. At least not often enough to motivate me to investigate. Right now I tested by rebooting (with the SD card I used today) five times. Also rebooted a couple of times with the full installation from a week ago (on another SD). All worked nicely with no file/disk error. Small detail if you want to try: I don't use the "reset" command in u-boot after saveenv; instead I power-cycle the device. In my experience with those small ("cheap") devices, software resets can't always be trusted. (There are nice USB cables with built-in power switches for exactly that.) regards, Robert
