It’s not a common occurrence, but for a detailed reassignment or reallocation 
to an individual, they are reminded that much of their entries in the registry 
will be public (used to support Internet operations globally) and acknowledge 
as much via entry into the RSA with ARIN.  (Note that in the United States and 
Canada, folks can generally operate as a sole proprietor under their full legal 
name to the extent that they not engaged in sales of taxable goods or in a 
regulated profession, so this hasn’t been an issue.)
