Hi, My system has the Realtek ALC650 Audio chip with the VIA 8233 controller. Is it possible to use Dolby Digital 5.1 with this?
I would like to watch DVDs with full 5.1 surround, I've set the dvd player to use the iec958 output, but I only get the background sounds. I can hear cars in the background but I can't hear anyone speaking.
