Hi, I've this chip in a shuttle SB51G, it's true that's the spdif output is supported (with Alsa 0.9.6 at least), but the sound is quite awful, there are lot's of noises, no deep in basses etc etc
I have an old SB Live which has a spdif output, and it works just fine, though it takes a pci port :/ David Le lun 29/09/2003 à 23:27, David A.
