Seems my Alpine (2.26, 4/9/2024) client has started automatically sending
an EXPUNGE command after I mark a message deleted (in the INBOX). This
wasn't always the case and I'm not sure when it started but my guess is in
the last month or two.
I can't seem to find a setting that controls this and a quick perusal of
the source doesn't clue me in. Anyone know what I may have done to myself?
