Except that "MOVE" is actually "move" in lowercase. Make sure that
~/home/chris/maildrop exists. You probably meant ~/maildrop, for the file in
/home/chris.
Yes, thats what I meant.
And then for the send folder its basically the same:
m s c
scroll down to the smtp server line:
#move {imap.fastmail.com/ssl/user=ch...@cwm030.com}
No, smtp is a protocol to send email. You want to set up a maildrop either
in inbox-path or any of your incoming folders.
But, I am not sure where to find the path to the sent folder....
otherwise I am guessing it would be:
#move {imap.fastmail.com/ssl/user=ch...@cwm030.com}sent-mail
~/maildrop/sent-mail
ALPINE created the "sent-mail" folder under Fastmail's inbox.
Do you want to create a maildrop for the sent mail folder because you do
not want to have sent mail stored in the server? If so, then set up the
default-fcc option to match the location of your sent-mail folder as a
full path, for example
Default Fcc (File carbon copy) = /home/chris/maildrop/sent-mail
