I think I understand now after re-reading that page
the command for step 3 would be:
m s c
scroll down to inbox path
hit a
then ^w
then:
#MOVE {imap.fastmail.com/ssl/user=ch...@cwm030.com
<mailto:%7bimap.fastmail.com%2fssl%2fuser%3dch...@cwm030.com>}inbox
~/home/chris/maildrop
