I'd just use "fee" wording, since I think this is broken. The contract
can't ENABLE the transference of coins from one person to another, and I
don't think it actually restricts joining to after the coins are paid.

Nothing prohibits the proxy from withdrawing on eir own, then using this
clause to escape further obligations.
