I was thinking "despised in the company and given no responsibility". Mechanically, I like the idea of a low point in the middle of the list, whatever we call it. Thinking of giving the nephew a probability bonus if e's a striker though? (bad press for management if family's on strike!) As a side note, next draft will wait until after the CFJs on voting strength are untangled. I've wondered about that language a few times myself, it's quite tangled, so might decide to put a post-judgement reorg of that in the proposal's next draft (or propose it on its own unless someone beats me to it). -G.
