Yah I was thinking I might have to tweak two things in some fashion: - interim definition - instead of calling it interim might just say "the ADoP CAN and SHALL initiate elections for the offices of all abiding players" (because merely being interim isn't enough to spark elections, and the real idea is that a successful rebellion leads to changeover). - whether saying "grant blots" means it's a levy and therefore needs to follow crime rules? Those tweaks aside, the currency prizes are totally open to whatever suggestions seem appropriate - towards ATMunn's suggestion I was wondering about justice cards as the reward (thematically appropriate, not sure what works best for game balance). -G.
