If the set of coins that could potentially be transferred by the intent can be changed by the time of resolution, I would say that it's not even "clear" which coins the intent specifies, because, ultimately a set of assets has to be selected to be transferred from L&FD under Rule 2576, and the intent has to "unambiguously, clearly, conspicuously, and without obfuscation" specify those assets. If the reference is floating, then it could come to potentially include any coin in the game, which I feel isn't a "clear" specification of the assets to be transferred. Of course, I don't have any other rule text then what I've cited so far for my argument, and I haven't conducted a thorough (or any) search of the archives for this, so I could be missing something glaringly obvious. -- Jason Cobb
