That's actually an interesting question. My reading is that Cuddlebeam only specified an intent to transfer the coins _already in_ in the L&F Dept. to the Plunder Partnership, which would mean that the new coins had no intent to transfer them, and thus would need another w/o objection intent to be transferred out. -- Jason Cobb
