Dunno! it's in the new auction rule (R2545): > If the authorization is to auction "new" items, it further > authorizes the creation of said items as per the chosen method. That applies a CAN to the card's creation without an explicit method for creation, I think the regulations the auctioneer uses might have to define the method? And whether they have the ability to do so is part of the experiment I suppose...
