The idea that the "I track everything" Pledge would ossify Agora is because it prevents the real-life actions of going up to your computer and writing stuff because the rules don't define how it's done, and you can only do things as they're defined in the ruleset in a regulated-actions-only world.
It's a bit bizarre, lol. But yeah, it would prevent people from Pointing Fingers and such, because you wouldn't be allowed to create the message in the first place.
