A lot of it was done on a term-by-term basis, leaning away from
capitalization. It's quite common, it seems, for the initial rule that
defines something to do so inconsistently, and most other rules referencing
it to use lowercase. Cards were probably the most significant exception
here; I standardized those to uppercase. But by and large, most of the
terms I'm suggesting switching to lowercase are ones whose predominant use
is already lowercase.
