Seems to be moot anyways, everyone’s got some Shinies now - enough to pend two proposals each. Good catch for any future proposals to expand the Shinies system, though. I’d be on board with an escape hatch, for example if the cost to pend a proposal is greater than the number of Shinies held by any player. -o
