In levying a penalty, we considered not only the Rule violated, but the impact to Agora for this lapse. We strongly disagree that the absence of a record of Ribbons with minor changes from week to week holds the same importance as the very rules by which we operate the game. We also note that CFJ 3320 is already under appeal, so it would seem premature to appeal this based primarily on that comparison prior to 3320 having a final resolution. --Wes
